We are a family run guest house in the sunny resort town of Paignton,
part of Torbay on the English Riviera.
We are close to the town center and a short walk from the sea front.

All bedrooms are Non-Smoking.
Smoking is only permitted in designated Smoking areas, which are the Residential Lounge and the Bar.

We are a 3 Diamond Guest House registered with the
English Tourism Council.
